Shipping Information for PulseSocks™

At PulseSocks™, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Below, you will find all the relevant details about our shipping process, costs, and delivery times.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. However, some remote areas may have limited delivery options. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. The standard processing and shipping times are as follows:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping time:
    • Europe & North America: 7-14 business days
    • South America & Asia: 10-20 business days
    • Oceania & Africa: 12-25 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €50
  • Orders under €50: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Express Shipping: Available in select regions at an additional cost (see checkout for details)

4. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website under the "Track Your Order" section.

If you experience issues tracking your package, please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates, as some couriers may take time to update their systems.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by PulseSocks™ and must be paid by the recipient.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the return shipping costs and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.


7. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure to collect the package from the delivery carrier
  • Customs refusal or non-payment of duties

If your package is returned for any of the above reasons, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs or a restocking fee.


8. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at contact@pulsesocks.com. We will investigate the issue and assist in resolving the delay.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.


9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • If an item is missing from your order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

10. CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipment.
Cancellations or modifications may not be possible once the order has been processed.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you may return it following our Return Policy.
