Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 90 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product arrived.
- The product must show signs of normal use only; damage caused by careless handling is not covered.
- Products where hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product must have been defective upon arrival.
- We reserve the right to charge the shipping costs to the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, they will be officially approved within this period.
- We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged due to reasons not attributable to us.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

- Ensure the email includes the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- A photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
- We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
- Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct address upon request.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Right to Cancel
The consumer has the right to cancel their order under the following terms, provided they are a private individual making a purchase for purposes not predominantly related to their business or professional activities:
- The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the last item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once it begins, and refunds will only be possible once the goods are returned.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Titanio Puro™) through a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to cancel the order. Cancellation is considered complete once we have received the goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipments in Transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control.
- If your order is already in transit, cancellation will not be possible.
- Please wait until you receive the goods and then proceed with the return.
- However, you can inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure a faster return process, we kindly ask you to send us proof of shipment once you have returned the item.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (including any additional costs incurred due to selecting a shipping method other than our most economical option).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice and the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
